This policy explains what personal data Reelplicate collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to reelplicate.com, the Reelplicate app and our MCP server.
The short version
- We collect what we need to run your account, render your reels and bill you — nothing more.
- We never sell your personal data.
- Your brand profile and reels are never used to train models for other customers.
- You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings.
1. Data we collect
Account details (name, email, workspace), content you upload or generate, the social accounts you connect, billing details handled by our payment provider, and usage data such as pages visited and features used.
2. How we use it
To provide and secure the service, render and publish your reels, send the emails you need (like confirmations and resets), support you, and improve Reelplicate. We only send marketing emails if you opt in.
3. Connected platforms
When you connect TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or another network, we store access tokens so we can publish and read performance data on your behalf. You can disconnect any account from Settings, which revokes our access.
4. Sharing
We share data only with processors that help us run Reelplicate — sign-in (Clerk), hosting, rendering, email, analytics and payments — under contracts that protect it, or when the law requires us to.
5. International transfers
Some of our processors are outside your country. Where data leaves the EEA or UK, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
6. Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your workspace, we delete its content within 30 days and backups within 90, except what we must keep for legal or tax reasons.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Two-factor authentication, role-based access and audit logs protect your workspace.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to or restrict processing, and complain to your data protection authority.
